An idea of the volunteer sessions is available below, however, these are subject to change:
General role ensuring that tents, seating & fencing are in place – there will be lots of odd jobs, as is the requirement. There will be some lifting & generally lots of movement – it won’t be hard out but it will be tiring.
General support role ensuring bars are stocked, empty kegs are removed, overflow or spillage buckets are emptied, empty glasses are collected, bar areas are kept clean and tidy, etc plus other odd jobs. You will be on your feet and walking the beat!
Replenishing water jugs on all bars and ensuring areas are tidy.
We sometimes require bar staff for our out-of-town breweries. This does not occur every year but please let us know if you have this experience.
Greeting attendees as they arrive, you will be responsible for passing out glasses to those entering the venue, putting on wristbands and ensuring tables are restocked.
General role ensuring all areas are packed down correctly. Picking up rubbish, and general tidying will be involved.
